Who All Can See My Images?
The only people that see your images are you and me, oh yeah and anyone you choose to share them with. I will never share any of your images without your written approval first.
When I deliver your images there is always a chance there will be one or two I would love to add to my portfolio or use with a testimonial from you for the webpage, but it is completely your decision. If you approve the images for my portfolio or for the webpage there is a separate model release that we both will sign before anything is published.
Another great thing to know is that when you access your online gallery you have to put in your email address. This allows me to keep track of who is in your gallery. So anytime there is a new email address or something that seems off I can change the password and alert you. Privacy is of the utmost important in my line of work and I do everything I can to protect all of my clients.
How Long is My Gallery Available
I keep galleries up and available to you for 90 days. After that the gallery is taken down, but don't worry I still have copies of your final images on my external hard-drive. I keep all image for 3 years before removing them from my system. Because of this I recommend you download your images right away and make sure to back them up one way or another!
When you first access your gallery you can see the expiration date right on the main page as well as a preview image. Below is an example of what the Gallery Welcome Page looks like.
