You might be thinking, rather than giving you the questions to ask during a Pre-Session, why not just answer them without the prompt. And the best answer to that is, because thinking about these questions ahead of time helps you more than me just rambling off random answers to questions that you didn't even know you wanted to know! 

Shall we jump right in? The following questions are in no particular order, different questions will hold a different level importance to different people, so it wouldn't be fair for me to "rank" them. Wait, no, better idea! Here are the 10 Questions To Ask During Your Boudoir Pre-Session in alphabetical order! 

10-Are There Travel Fees if I Want You to Come to Me?

There are travel fees associated with boudoir experiences held outside of my home studio, but they vary by location and number of sessions I am planning at the location. If I travel to a new area but book multiple boudoir experiences in the area I will split the travel fees across every experience. This is easier to estimate when I know how far I am traveling and what exactly you have in mind! 

9-Can I Bring a Friend?

This depends solely on location. I believe everything is more fun with friends, but there are some ground rules and its great to discuss this during the pre-session. One thing I love booking is "parties" and if you have friends that are also ready for a boudoir experience it is great to book together! Not only are you there for moral support but it often means a friend discount!  

8-Client Closet, How Does it Work, What Do You Have in My Size?

I have an ever growing and changing client closet, it includes robes, shoes, lingerie, veils, the list continues. There is one BIG rule when it comes to my client closet, you must always wear your own panties under the outfits. Beyond that you are welcome to use anything form the closet, but knowing what I have that would fit your body and your style is great to know upfront. I also have been known to add extra sizes of a favorite outfit upon request, so before you go out and buy outfits you don't necessarily want, you can see if I have it first. 

7-Hair & Makeup, What to Expect?

I have some major news about Hair & Makeup Services. Starting June 1st 2019 ALL in house boudoir experiences will include Professional Hair & Makeup services. I believe Boudoir is an experience, and hair and makeup is a big part of that. Sharing your Hair & Make Up desires is important, and the more I know it helps me book the perfect professional for you! 

6-How Long Do I Have To Wait To See My Images?

Another question that is best answered during the Pre-Session, because it can vary. I consider myself a fast editor. I often have your full gallery ready within 4 business days, but if its a marathon weekend it might take a little longer. If you have a date you need your products by, it is important to let me know this right away, then we can work together to make sure it a realistic goal. 

5-Payment Plans, How do they work?

Boudoir experiences can be an investment, especially if you are looking for a luxury experience. Because of this I do offer payment plans, which can be discussed during the Pre-Session in detail. I am happy to help find a payment plan that works best for you!

4-Posing, Will You Help?

ABSOLUTELY! I have a posing routine, which I plan out for each individual to fit your look. This is why filling out my client questionnaire I send post Pre-Session is so important! But I am also happy to talk this through during our Pre-Session, its a great way to really get to know exactly how the shoot will go, and address any additional questions that might come to mind.

3-Retouching, How Much Do You Do? 

I am happy to do what I consider lite retouching. This includes smoothing skin, removing blemishes, removing hair that may have gone rouge, and removing any tags. If you want beyond this then it should be discussed during the Pre-Session. Excessive retouching can lead to an additional charge, so knowing what your looking for helps me build you the perfect experience. 

2-What If I Have To Reschedule? 

My rescheduling policies are in my contract, but it is important to know that I know life happens. Rescheduling boudoir experiences happen, but how a reschedule would work depends a lot on what kind of experience you are looking for, for that reason answering this during a Pre-Session is much more informative than me simply copy and pasting the reschedule information from my contract. 

1-What if I Want to Share My Images on Social Media?

Y'all sharing is caring! If you want to share your images that is completely up to you, but I absolutely encourage it! There are a few ground rules, all written out in the contract, but I'm happy to go over these with you during the Pre-Session.
